General Terms and Conditions

PNG files are offered for download on the kisstreasury.com website. Each file is a work of art that can be purchased an unlimited number of times.
They are not unique.

Kiss Treasury is an art project that focuses on the creation of value: money creation. Instead of a currency X, kisses are used. A kiss has a positive radiance.
Participation in the project is up to the interested party – there is no obligation.
The project not only serves the process of building values and is intended to serve as a small lesson in financial economics, but also has a social background: most of the income from the sale of the PNG files is donated to charities that fight against world hunger. Buyers of the PNG files must be aware that they are actually making a donation – of course anonymously and only in the name of Kiss Treasury.

1. Purchase https://kisstreasury.com/shop/
The price that is called for each PNG file is called interest. The idea of the project is to borrow kisses and charge interest on them. This is the only way the aspect of value creation can emerge. In other words, kisses are created out of nothing – just as happens millions of times a day when money is created by licensed private banks.

2. Print
Since these are download files, each PNG file can be printed after purchase. This means that each buyer is their own printer of the kissnotes. Since the PNG files are offered in a larger format, large printouts are also possible, as posters or works of art that can be hung on the wall as contemporary witnesses or as decoration.

3. Circulation
The purpose of the project is that the printed kissnote is given to someone and in return you receive the number of kisses that are printed on the kissnote. So you hold out the borrowed kissnote to someone and ask to exchange it: kissnote for kisses.

4. Order and payment
Any number of kissnotes can be “borrowed”. Payment is made either via credit card (via Stripe) or via bank transfer or via crypto payment in Ethereum.

5. Return
Usually, something you borrow also has a fixed return date. There is no such deadline for borrowed kissnotes and kissnotes should not be returned but rather put into circulation. However, if you want to adhere strictly to the return principle, you can return your kissnote physically at the Kiss Treasury during office hours for the number of kisses printed on the kissnote.
That is why the guarantee that is printed on every kissnote exists and applies. The publisher/issuer (Kiss Treasury) guarantees each kissnote holder the number of kisses that can be claimed.
However, there is no actual return of the purchased PNG file.

Everything else is regulated by the Swiss Code of Obligations OR. The place of jurisdiction is in the canton of the provider, canton Schwyz, Switzerland.
